1.ისპანახი 120 გ
2.ქამა სოკო 140 გ
3.ქოქოსის რძე ან მცენარეული რძე 399 მლ
4.ზეითუნის ზეთი 30-40 გ
5.მარილი გემოვნებით
6.წითელი პილპილი 1/2 ჩ.კ
7.შავი პილპილი 1/2 ჩ.კ
8.მაკარონი პენე 400 გ
9.სოიოს სოუსი 1 ს.კ
10.საფუარი 1 ს.კ +1 ს.კ წყალი
11.ნიორი 6 ლებანი
12.ხახვი 2 მოზრდილი თავი
13.480 მლ წყალი ან უმჯობესია ბოსტნეულის ბულიონი
14.1 ჩ.კ ლიმნის წვენი
15.40 გ პომიდორი ან პომიდვრის ჩირი

One Pot Creamy Mushroom Pasta
1.6 cloves garlic, minced
2.2 tsp (10 mL) vegetable oil
3.2 onions
4.Red Pepper to taste
5.2 cups (480 mL) water*2 vegetable bouillon cubes
6.2 cups (140 g) button mushrooms, thinly sliced
7.1⅔ cups (399 mL) canned full-fat coconut milk
8.14.1 oz (400 g) dry fusilli pasta
9.2 Tbsp (19 g) nutritional yeast
10.1 tsp lemon slices
11.1 Tbsp (15 mL) sodium-reduced soy sauce
12.¼ cup (38 g) sun-dried tomato in oil, drained, chopped
13.black pepper 1 tsp
14.4 cups (120 g) fresh spinach
Directions

Add the oil to a large pot on high heat. When hot, add the shallots, garlic, and chili, and sauté until lightly golden, about 3 minutes, adding a splash of water as needed to deglaze the pan.
Add all of the remaining ingredients to the pot, except for the spinach, and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer with the lid partially covered. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
When the pasta is al dente, after about 12 - 15 minutes, remove from the heat and add in the spinach. Stir to combine.
Squeeze overtop some fresh lemon juice, sprinkle on thinly sliced basil leaves or some red chilli flakes if desired, and enjoy!15.1 pinch salt, plus more to taste
