Learn Georgian with Georgian2go - Plural I (5)
The plural number is marked with the suffix -eb, which appears after the root of the noun and before the case suffix. Some examples are:
The nominative case of men in Georgian is constructed as, k'ats+eb+i, while the ergative case would be, k'ats+eb+ma.
The nominative case of trees in Georgian (xe, root ending with truncating vowel -e) is, xe+eb+i, while the dative case would be, xe+eb+s.
The nominative case of girls in Georgian (gogo, root ending with non-truncating vowel -o) is, gogo+eb+i, while the instrumental case would be, gogo+eb+it.
It is important to state that, however, the plural suffix is not used when the noun is preceded by a quantifier of some kind, such as a cardinal number. Therefore, for example, \"five men\" in Georgian is expressed as, \"xuti (5) k'atsi,\" not \"xuti k'atsebi.\" Additionally, in certain formal contexts, Georgian uses Old Georgian case endings distinct from those of modern Georgian: k'atsta saloni (\"men's salon\") lit. salon of men.

Since its opening in 2010 the structure has become an important pedestrian crossing in the city, as well as a significant tourist attraction and one of the most well-recognized landmarks of the capital. The bridge which stretches 150 metres (490 ft) over the Kura River was ordered by the City Hall of Tbilisi to create a contemporary design feature connecting Old Tbilisi with the new district. The official opening took place on May 6, 2010. The bridge stretches over Kura River providing a view of the Metekhi Church, statue of the city's founder Vakhtang Gorgasali, and the Narikala Fortress on one side, and Baratashvili Bridge and Presidential Office on the other.he bridge was designed by the Italian architect Michele De Lucchi, who had also designed the buildings of the Presidential Administration of Georgia and Ministry of Internal Affairs in Tbilisi; the lighting design was created by the French lighting designer Philippe Martinaud.[2] The structure of the bridge was built in Italy and transported to Tbilisi in 200 trucks while the lighting was installed on site during the assembly of the structures Within the bridge walkway, the low-power linear LED arrays embedded in the glass railings are triggered by 240[3] motion sensors as the pedestrians pass, giving an impression that the bridge lights come on for each person setting foot on the bridge. Additionally, a message in Morse code that renders the periodic table of elements goes across two parapets every hour. The lights designer Martinaud considers this communication celebration of \"life and peace between people\".(wikipedia) Georgian2go Episode 5, to the left an image of a golden mirror with Badri Badrijani (Aubergine) looking pleased, to the right of the bridge you can see a Kangaroo carrying Salome Salami in her pouch (marsupium). She seems to be enjoying the cozy, passive pogo-sticking experience.

Anna, long haired brunette is wearing a green tank top, Raoul is wearing a red t-shirt with some writing and foamy waves on it. They are both holding mugs, Raoul's cup has a Pink Panther on it (from the Butlers Pink Pather Series, a tribute to a cartoon character they both adore to this day). Anna is holding a Mug with Egyptian Motives (an interest field of Raoul's...they are actually both Raoul's cups but that's irrelevant to the story)...
