Vake is a fairly small neighborhood located in a narrow valley, without access to the Tbilisi Metro, and only limited road and public transit access to the rest of Tbilisi. Despite this, Vake continues to be one of Tbilisi's most prestigious and in-demand neighborhoods. Which factors have led to Vake's prestigious status?
