Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, the ideal candidate will assist in executing campaigns, managing bonus setups, and establishing robust QA and testing processes for promotional mechanics and tools. This role requires excellent organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns as directed by the Head of Marketing Operations.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet predefined objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide support in making adjustments to optimize results.
Bonus Setup:
- Support the setup and management of bonus structures to ensure they align with marketing strategies and business goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement effective bonus programs.
Quality Assurance (QA) Process:
- Assist in establishing and maintaining a QA process for marketing campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns meet quality standards and are free of errors before launch.
- Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance QA procedures.
Testing Process:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive testing process for campaigns, promotional mechanics, and tools.
- Conduct thorough testing to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing Operations, Martech Specialist, and Lobby Manager to ensure alignment and integration of marketing operations with overall business objectives.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships to drive collaborative efforts and achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably within the online casino or iGaming industry.
- Proven track record of assisting in managing marketing operations and executing successful campaigns.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM software .
- Experience with QA and testing methodologies in marketing.
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven approach to ensure high efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of iGaming industry.
