Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (including 1-hour lunchbreak)

Job Overview:
The Lobby and Portal Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and management of the gaming portal. This includes new game activations, game rotations based on thorough analysis, identifying source of bugs that are escalated from respective departments and further fix along with development teams, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role demands a proactive approach to game management, detailed analysis, and a commitment to enhancing user engagement through strategic game placement and provider coordination.

Main Responsibilities:
New Games Activation
  • Facilitate the launch of new games on the platform.
  • Ensure all necessary information and materials are collected for a successful activation.
  • Compoints Contributions Setup

Games Rotation
  • Analyze game performance and adhere to guidelines to rotate games effectively.
  • Implement game rotation strategies to optimize player engagement.

Games List Management
  • Maintain and update the comprehensive list of games for CRM use in promotions.
  • Ensure the game list is accurate and readily available for marketing and promotional activities.

New Provider Setup
  • Oversee the integration of new game providers into the platform.
  • Ensure all setup requirements are met for a seamless integration.

Back Office (BO) Settings Management
  • Manage and configure back-office settings for optimal game performance and user experience.
  • Manage default transactional emails

Provider & Game Analysis
  • Collect and analyze data from providers and games.
  • Translate analysis into actionable insights and communicate these to relevant teams.

Team Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all game-related communications within the company.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all lobby & portal changes made within working projects
  • Proper understanding of how the things shall work, readiness to undertake QA of user’s flow
  • Ensure timely and effective dissemination of information to relevant teams.

Cashier Maintenance
  • Oversee cashier maintenance items to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Set up and maintain transactional email templates and workflows.

Portal Migrations
  • Plan and execute portal migrations to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity during migrations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a XXXX]
  • Proven experience in gaming operations or a related role.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX and logical user’s flow
  • Strong self organization skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in working with third-party game providers and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the gaming industry and market trends.
  • Technical skills related to back-office settings and transactional email setup.
