SPRIBE is pleased to announce an opening for the position of IT Project Manager.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager with a clear focus on IT-related tasks and responsibilities to lead and manage IT projects, aligning with our strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will oversee a range of IT projects, including small, medium, and large-scale initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within the designated project management offices. This role involves strategic planning, resource alignment, and comprehensive management of IT project requirements from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project management activities, including planning, defining tasks, quality control, risk assessment, and status reporting.
  • Develop project prioritization processes and maintain project records.
  • Estimate timescales and resources for project completion.
  • Monitor project timelines and resource usage, taking corrective action as needed.
  • Allocate IT Engineering resources in collaboration with team leaders.
  • Coordinate the IT part of cross-functional projects, ensuring smooth interaction with Development teams.
  • Participate in working groups and meetings, collaborating with stakeholders and track and prioritize tasks and activities.
  • Ensure all project documentation (e.g. technical documents, project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, etc.) is accurate, current, and accessible.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full cycle of IT Project Management.
  • A solid understanding of IT services, IT infrastructure, and related products is essential.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and other IT and security standards is important.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills in English.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously expand knowledge and skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with Waterfall, Agile, or other delivery methodologies.
  • Experience in an Agile team role (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, Tribe/Chapter Lead, Release Train Engineer) is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and ServiceNow tools is desirable.
  • Project Management and/or Agile certifications are desirable.
