Job Description:
Living Pixels Studio is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of human resources management and will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment that aligns with our company values.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring decision.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company culture and processes.

Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner, promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers in delivering effective feedback and managing employee performance.

Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate with external training providers and internal subject matter experts to deliver training sessions.

HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and ensure company policies remain current and legally compliant.

Employee Benefits and Compensation:
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and make recommendations to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a creative or digital media environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
