Our 5 day hike from Tusheti in the highlands of the Greater Caucasus Mountains in northestern Georgia, to Pankisi Valley in the lowlands of Kakheti. We start our trek at Ghele Meadow, hiking along the ridge to Nakaicho Pass before descending to Jvarboseli for a night in a guesthouse there. The next 4 days are spent hiking to the Alaznistavi Tourist Shelter, crossing Sakorno Pass, and descending to Jokolo village in Pankisi Gorge, camping along the way.
