Khinkali (Georgian ხინკალი) is a Georgian cuisine dish from the mountainous regions of Pshavi, Mtiuleti and Khevsureti in Georgia, which has become widespread in other regions of the Caucasus and throughout the former USSR. Variety of dumplings.
