საქართველოს ინდუსტრიულ ზონებში შრომითი და ეკონომიკური პრობლემების პარალელურად, არანაკლები სიმწვავით დგას ეკოლოგიური პრობლემაც. ინდუსტრიული ცენტრების (ზესტაფონი, ტყიბული, ჭიათურა) და შემოგარენში არსებული სოფლების მოსახლეობა წლებია საუბრობს გამოწვევებზე, რაც მათ დასახლებულ პუნქტებში დგას ჰაერისა და ნიადაგის დაბინძურების, საყოფაცხოვრებო სავარგულების გამოუსადეგრად გადაქცევის თუ ადგილზე მოწეული პროდუქტის ხარისხთან დაკავშირებით.
EMC-ის მიერ მომზადებულ ვიდეოში ინდუსტრიულ ზონებში მცხოვრები ადამიანები თავად საუბრობენ იმ სავალალო ეკოლოგიურ მდგომარეობაზე, რომლის გამოც ადგილობრივებს ეკონომიკური, ჯანმრთელობასთან დაკავშირებული თუ სხვა სახის პრობლემები ექმნებათ.
ვიდეო მომზადებულია EMC-ისა და ასოციაცია მწვანე ალტერნატივას ერთობლივი პროექტის \"ინდუსტრიულ ზონებში დასაქმებულთა და ახალგაზრდა სამოქალაქო აქტივისტთა გაძლიერება შრომითი უფლებებისა და გარემოს დასაცავად\" ფარგლებში, რომელიც ხორციელდება ჰაინრიჰ ბიოლის ფონდის სამხრეთ კავკასიის რეგიონალურ ბიუროსთან თანამშრომლობით

Along with the labor and economic problems in the industrial zones of Georgia, the problems of ecology is equally severe. The residents of industrial centers (Zestaponi, Tkibuli, Chiatura) and the surrounding villages have been talking for years about the challenges that they face in the residential areas concerning the air and soil pollution, leaving the household arable lands as well as the quality of the products harvested on the ground useless.
In the video prepared by EMC, the residents of industrial zones talk about the poor ecological conditions because of which the locals have economical, health-related or other kind of problems.
The video is prepared in the frameworks of the project “Strengthening the Workers in Industrial Zones and the Young Civil Society Activists for the Protection of the Environment and the Labor Rights”, which is implemented by EMC with “Green Alternative” in partnership with The South Caucasus Regional Office of the Heinrich Boell Foundation.
