მთავრობის ადმინისტრაციასთან გაიშლება კარვებიც. მუყაოს ქალაქის მცხოვრებლები თორნიკე რიჟვაძეს გადასაცემი ბინების მფლობელთა ვინაობის დროულ გამოვლენას სთხოვენ. მათ აინტერესებთ ის კრიტერიუმები, რითაც საცხოვრებლების გადაცემის საკითხი გადაწყდება.
