US Professional Medical Management Company is seeking for a candidate to fill in the vacant position of Billing Follow Up Specialist in our Tbilisi office. We are one of the leading providers of medical billing services since 1990. Our expertise in the fast paced world of healthcare regulations and compliance is devoted to maximizing the returns of the health care professionals while improving the management of their practice.

Our business is to deliver the services of our highly experienced and well trained professional staff to ensure timely and accurate medical billing, coding, payments monitoring and credentialing procedures, as well as compliance to the rules and the regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fluent English (experience of communications with the native speakers is preferable)


• PC literacy (MS Office)


• Excellent communication skills


• Punctuality and attentiveness to the details


• Ability to work under minimum supervision


• Readiness for routine work


• Positive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Outgoing calls to the medical insurance companies


• Medical claim payments monitoring and follow up


• Data entry in the professional medical billing system


• Compiling the follow up reports

Working hours:

• Monday-Friday 3:30 p.m. — 00:00 a.m.
• North American National Holidays Calendar
• Training will be conducted in the office (2 months), after training - you will work remotely from home.
