Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager at Todua Clinic in Tbilisi. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support, maintain efficient office operations, which include preparing, receiving and sending emails; preparation of different types of reports in excel and power point; welcoming guests; performing other tasks of the manager. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the General Manager's office and contribute to the overall success of the clinic
