Apple Premium Resellers Team in Georgia, ASBC | iSpace, invites you to participate in the competition for the vacancy of Store Manager.
Job Purpose: managing the team and product range, monitoring the implementation of standards and financial indicators, ensuring operational activities and working with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team management (work schedule, hiring, adaptation, training and development, creation of a personnel reserve, assessment, non-financial incentives, distribution of tasks, conflict resolution).
- Product assortment management (provision of inventory, product rotation, inventory).
- Fulfillment of the store's sales plan
- Control of quality and standards of customer service.
- Compliance and control of the implementation of work standards according to the vendor's guides, including merchandising, store and legislation).
- Ensuring the operational activities of the store in accordance with the law (compliance with safety, fire safety, tax rules and laws).
- Preparation of the store and staff for the launch of promotional activities and coordination of actions (control of the availability of goods, conducting activities, reporting).
- Conflict resolution and processing of complaints from customers.
- Analysis of the advantages of competitors in the location with the subsequent implementation of best practices.
- Work with the internal 1C system.
Requirements :
- At least 1 year of experience in a management position or achievement of KPIs as an administrator/senior consultant
- Knowledge of sales standards, communication with the client, cash discipline.
- Willingness to work on your feet during the shift.
- experience in team building (training, development and motivation).
- experience with Apple products
- knowledge of English.
