Job Posting : Sales Representative for Construction Materials

Location : Tbilisi, Stanislavskis # 1

Position : Sales Representative

Work Schedule : 5 days a week

Remuneration : Candidates will undergo a two-month probation period with a salary of 1500 GEL. Successful candidates will receive a fixed salary of 2000 GEL plus a bonus based on monthly sales and collections.

Languages Required:

• Mandatory: English and Georgian
• Preferred Priorly: Turkish and Russian

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials or related sectors.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.

Job Description:

• Promote construction materials to construction firms.
• Acquire new customers for the company.
• Tracking and managing sales, collections, and deliveries regarding customers and potential customers.
• Oversee payment collections and delivery management.

Additional Information:

• Candidates must be willing to travel for client meetings and fieldwork.
• A valid driver's license and active driving skills are required.
