PB Services are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Manager/Director for international company, to lead finance team and play a crucial role in driving the company's financial health.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance (Master's degree a plus);
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial management role;
• Proven experience in financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner;
• Fluency in Georgian, Russian, and English (written and spoken);
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential);
• Experience with accounting software used in Georgia (familiarity with international software a plus);
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: prepare and submit accurate and timely financial statements, conduct in-depth analysis of these reports, provide management with insightful recommendations and actionable plans to enhance financial performance;
• Accounting and Compliance: oversee the company's accounting system, ensuring adherence to Georgian accounting principles and tax legislation, manage accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate and timely records, implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial assets and mitigate fraud risks;
• Tax Optimization and Planning: develop and implement tax-minimization strategies within the legal framework, collaborate with tax advisors to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance, Identify and capitalize on available tax benefits and incentives;
• Budgeting, Forecasting, and Risk Management: develop and maintain the company's annual budget, analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures, identifying and explaining deviations, proactively identify, assess, and mitigate financial threats that could jeopardize company goals, develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies;
• Other Responsibilities: manage and lead the finance team, providing coaching and mentorship, partner with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations) to ensure alignment with financial goals, ability to solve various financial problems that may arise in the course of the company's activities.
