Recruitment Agency HR is announcing vacancy on the position of Business Development Manager Assistant for the full-time job.

We are seeking a proactive and organized Business Development Manager Assistant to join our team. The primary role of the Assistant is to provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager and assist in various tasks related to business development, client management, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Business Development Manager in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Business Development Manager.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities.
  • Assist in generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Compile and maintain a database of leads, prospects, and contacts for follow-up and outreach.
  • Assist in communicating with clients to gather information
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, conference calls, and presentations, ensuring all necessary resources and materials are prepared.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance metrics and measure progress towards sales goals.
  • Support the Business Development Manager in developing strategies and initiatives to optimize sales processes and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders through regular communication and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking functions as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field will be preferable.
  • Georgian language - Native, English language – Fluent,

Knowledge of Russian, Ukrainian, Latvian or Kazakh languages will be preferable
Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a sales or business development environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Personality:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
