\"ამერიკული არქიტექტურის პარადიგმები\" საგანმანათლებლო პროექტია, რომლის მიზანია საქართველოში თანამედროვე არქიტექტურის შესახებ ცოდნის ამაღლება. პროექტი მიზნად ისახავს თანამედროვეობის ცნობილი ამერიკელი არქიტექტორების ლექციების, მასტერკლასების, გამოფენების ორგანიზებას საქართველოში.
პროექტის ფარგლებში არტარეაში გაიმართა ვორკშოპი სახელწოდებით \"Reshaping the City: New in the Old - New Life of Ex-Thermal Power Station\", რომელზეც ცნობილი უცხოელი და ქართველი არიქტექტორები არტარეას რეალური ტერიტორიის განვითარების გეგმას ამუშავებდნენ.
პროექტის ორგანიზატორია საქართველოს ტექნიკური უნივერსიტეტის ასოცირებული პროფესორი, არქიტექტორი ლენა კილაძე /\"სტუდიო-ლ\"/,
მხარდამჭერი -საქართველოში ამერიკის საელჩო.

Paradigms of American Architecture //Series of lectures, master-classes, workshops, exhibitions
Aim of project is to bring to Georgia well-known American Architects and Architectural historians as a guest lecturers, and experts of the field, to provide master-classes, to give public lectures and to organize a workshops and exhibitions for the students of Architectural and Art Schools, as well professionals, city governors , experts and interested individuals- to introduce new trends, new visions and new language in contemporary architecture, to show their latest works and discuss \"meaning\" of contemporary architecture.
Workshop:\"Reshaping the City: New in the Old - New Life of Ex-Thermal Power Station\"
Place Description: Proposed district located in the center of Tbilisi (XIX century part) between one of the main avenue Agmashenebeliave which just been renovated by Municipality and river Mtkvari embankment. This place is belongs to the historic district of the city. Ex-Thermal-power station- in building of cultural heritage. Now its head quarter of TV Art-AreA.* Around this place self-governors lands as well state owned lands. Question is How to transform old building (now in the shape of ruins)into Contemporary Art and Culture Multifunctional Center which will bring new life into this secondary street and same time will be a good example how to work in the historic part of the city....
