Welcome to the Truso Valley, our very first hike in Georgia! This is a fantastic wee day hike from Kazbegi (Stepantsminda), with stunning mountain scenery, colourful travertine mineral springs, an impressive hilltop fortress, and more!
It's a fairly long hike at 21 km return, but it's not too challenging as it's mostly flat. Maximum reward for minimum effort!
