On June 24-28, 2016 in Tskaltubo, Helping Hand and the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs with ten regional partner organizations invited 128 youth to attend the Georgian Volunteer training to learn about many topics including: the essence of volunteering, volunteer motivation levels, attracting volunteers, needs recognition and problem identification, project proposal writing, utilizing social media, and many others. These trained Georgian Volunteers have seven months to plan and implement a variety of measures that will enhance and develop their communities through volunteerism.
