10 ივნისს, საქართველოს ადვოკატთა ასოციაციამ მართლმსაჯულების რეფორმის გეგმა - “ადამიანზე ორიენტირებული მართლმსაჯულებისთვის“ - წარადგინა.
სამოქმედო გეგმა სანდო, გამჭვირვალე და ხარისხიანი მართლმსაჯულების სისტემის ჩამოყალიბებაზეა ორიენტირებული და, მათ შორის, მოიცავს ისეთ მიმართულებებს, როგორიცაა: ნაფიცი მსაჯულების ინსტიტუტის გაძლიერება, კომერციული დავების განხილვის მიზნით სასამართლო სისტემის ფარგლებში მსაჯული მოსამართლის ინსტიტუტის შემოტანა, იუსტიციის უმაღლეს საბჭოში დამოუკიდებელი ინსტიტუტების წარმომადგენლობის უზრუნველყოფა, მართლმსაჯულების საკოორდინაციო საბჭოს (ბენჩ-ბარი) მექანიზმის შემდგომი გაძლიერება და სხვა.

On June 10th, the Georgian Bar Association presented the action plan for judicial reforms – “For Human Oriented Justice”.
The action plan is aimed at building trusted, transparent and quality justice system in Georgia and, among others, include the following directions: further development of the jury trial institute, introduction of the mechanism of lay judges for commercial disputes within the court system, ensuring the representation of independent institutions at the High Council of Justice, strengthening the Justice Coordination Council (Bench-Bar) mechanism and others.
