Hiking from Ushguli to Chvelpi over Latpari Pass. This hike connects Upper and Lower Svaneti and it's possible to complete it in 1 day, or split it up with a lakeside camp to enjoy the views for longer. There are guesthouses at the start of the trail in Ushguli, and one at the end in Chvelpi. From Chvelpi, a marshrutka leaves early in the morning to Kutaisi, around 2.5 hours drive.
