უკვე წლებია, მძიმე ინდუსტრიაში დასაქმებული ადამიანები, პროფესიული კავშირები და თემაზე მომუშავე არასამთავრობო ორგანიზაციები მძიმე სამუშაო პირობების, არასათანადო ანაზღაურებისა და სოციალური დაცვის მექანიზმების შესახებ საუბრობენ.
EMC-ის მიერ მომზადებულ ვიდეოში სამ ინდუსტრიულ ზონაში (ზესტაფონი, ჭიათურა, ტყიბული) დასაქმებული ადამიანები თავად საუბრობენ შრომით პრობლემებზე, მუშებისადმი ადმინისტრაციის დამოკიდებულებასა და სახელმწიფოს პასუხისმგებლობაზე.
ვიდეო მომზადებულია პროექტ „ინდუსტრიულ ზონებში დასაქმებულთა და ახალგაზრდა სამოქალაქო აქტივისტთა გაძლიერება შრომითი უფლებებისა და გარემოს დასაცავად\" ფარგლებში, რომელსაც EMC, ასოციაცია “მწვანე ალტერნატივასთან“ ერთად ახორციელებს, ჰაინრიჰ ბიოლის ფონდის სამხრეთ კავკასიის რეგიონალურ ბიუროსთან თანამშრომლობით.
For years, the people employed in heavy industry, trade unions and non-governmental organizations working on these topics talk about the harsh working conditions, inadequate payment systems and social protection mechanisms.
In the video prepared by EMC in the three industrial zones (Zestaponi, Chiatura, Tkibuli), the employed talk about their own labor problems, the attitudes of the administration towards the workers and the responsibility of the state.
The video is prepared in the frameworks of the project “Strengthening the Workers in Industrial Zones and the Young Civil Society Activists for the Protection of the Environment and the Labor Rights”, which is implemented by EMC with “Green Alternative” in partnership with The South Caucasus Regional Office of the Heinrich Boell Foundation.
