Payment processing company in Tbilisi are looking for hardworking and motivated employees to join a young and dynamic team.

We are pleased to announce the position of - Online customer support - in Polish AND English languages. Both languages are mandatory!

 

Main Functions and Duties:

  • Manage emails, online chat and incoming phone calls. Assist customers through these communication channels.
  • Collection and analyzing Data;
  • Providing requested information to the customers in the shortest time;
  • Examine the responsibilities of the technical assistance representative;
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationship;

 

Mandatory Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and Polish.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Organized and punctual;
  • Time management skills;
  • Ability of collection and analyzing Data, team working skills.
  • Purposeful and result-oriented;
  • Ability to orient in a stressful situation;

 

 

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar position is a priority;
  • Knowledge of office programs (working Experience in CRM will be advantage);
  • Desire to learn;
  • Do the job in good faith;

 

Working days/hours:

  • Full time, according to schedules.
  • Monday-Friday
  • 10:00 – 19:00
  • 14:00 – 23:00
