Georgian Service Network – GSN is pleased to announce a contest to occupy a vacant position of the Head of the Support Department in Tbilisi, Georgia.  

The Support Department supports the consumers via telephone, e-mail and online-chat and includes the technical support team which implements technical support by arriving at the required scene.

Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for the people who can take responsibility for the maintaining continuous contact between the company and consumers and ensuring the high quality of the communication.  

 

  Main functions/duties: 

  • Elaboration of the department developments strategy, submission for further approval and its implementation.  
  • Introduction and development of the consumers’ service standard in the department. 
  • To ensure the efficient, smooth operation of the department.  
  • To elaborate logics and conceptions for the development of the call center program(s).  
  • Optimization of the processes. 
  • Management of the incoming/outgoing calls following established standards. 
  • Immediate detection and resolution of problems and obstacles the consumers may encounter. 
  • Close collaboration with the other members of the team for the achievement of common goals.  
  • Constant focus on the satisfaction of the consumer.  
  • To develop and maintain professional and positive attitude to the consumer. 
  • To response to the consumer’s need in time.  
  • To manage the work-related processes. 
  • To constantly focus on increasing/maintenance of the service quality.  

 

Requirements: 

  • Attitude, focused on the consumer and results.  

  Required skills and qualification: 

  • Work experience in the service field 
  • Service-related skills (courtesy, emotional stability, ready to help consumers, redirect them in a right way, improvement of mistakes) 
  • Effective communication skills 
  • Clear expression of opinions 
  • Skilful to speak clearly 
  • Smart, well-organized, to be able to work in tense regime 
  • Skills of communication and holding negotiations 
  • Skills to select priorities, time management and organization 
  • Higher education (Bachelor)   
  • Georgian - native 
  • English - High 
  • Russian - recommended 
  • Computer and MS office
