Corporate Sales Manager

Agronom is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Corporate Sales Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- University degree up to masters levels in management, economy or related field;
- At least 2 years of relevant practical experience in Corporate Sales
- Working knowledge (Level C) of English and Russian
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Conduct permanent market research, and find potential partners
- Identify customers’ requirements and prepare the appropriate offer
- Hold negotiations, Schedule meetings and make presentations with potential customers
- Ensure profit maximization and realization of sales targets
- Ensure smooth sales process by following all internal policies, standards and set of requirements
- Ensure fulfillment of sales plan
- Create a database of potential users and perform permanent updates
- Control stocks and organize distribution of goods as needed
Technical/Functional Skills
- Detail oriented
- Pro-activeness and ability to work under minimum guidance
- Ability to work autonomously
- Rigorous
- Quality of both oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to be an efficient team member
- Results oriented
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office package
- Salary-Net 1200-1500 (+Bonus )
