Georgia Quality Wine Export LLC is seeking an Executive Assistant or Secretary to a European Entrepreneur and Director who has relocated to Georgia. We need a fulltime professional assistant.

The working tasks is to in different ways provide administrative and practical support to him with his activities and business ventures, such as:
  • Scheduling meetings with local contacts in Georgia or in Europe,
  • Assisting with translating documents from English to Georgian or vise versa,
  • Joining him by physical presence during some of his local business meetings with the purpose of assisting him as a translator,
  • Arranging bookings such as meetings, hotel bookings, restaurant bookings ect.
  • Other similar administrative tasks for supporting him in his activities.

Qualification and salary
  • If you lack formal education then we can offer starting salary of 1500 GEL per month.
  • If you have a higher university degree such as a lawyer or similar then we can offer a starting salary of 2200 GEL per month.

Requirements
  • It is necessary to be flexible, communicative and have a high quality in provided work.
  • It is necessary to have good skill in the English language.
  • It is necessary to have good skill in the Georgian language.

Advantages
  • Applicants who also have experience from similar work from previously or who also have good skill in the Russian language has an advantage in the recruitment process.
