Job Description
Job title: Supply Chain
Department: General Management
Reports to: Operation Manager
Job Location: Georgia

Job Objective

  • Filter and attend to the day-to-day functions.
  • Promote a professional image of the Company in every aspect of the job both internally and externally respectively with colleagues, clients, and suppliers to maintain the reputation of the Group’s Entities.
  • Evaluating spending operations, while seeking ways to improve and enhance the purchases and the timeliness of deliveries, Communicating with management regularly regarding the efficient flow of goods and services.

Main Tasks
  • controlling and reducing costs and avoiding supply shortages.
  • Establish and maintain documentation, logs, indexes, control records, or other information concerning the work under the supervisor's control.
  • Plan and implement logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met.ensure import and export and local procurement processes followed ; organize work schedules and issue shipping instructions to ensure delivery times and locations are co-ordinated.
  • Collaborate with other departments to close operational gaps. Handle communications and negotiations with suppliers.Request different quotations from different suppliers to obtain the most cost/delivery efficient deals. Prepare correct, accurate, and timely purchase orders on Odoo.
  • Follow up on purchase orders that have been made with the suppliers to ensure that goods will be received on time.
  • Conduct market research to collect information related to service providers, goods/services offerings and prices.
  • Assist in PMO activities and processes including project planning, intake, prioritization, initiation, and execution.
  • Participate in the development of the project master schedule taking into consideration all stakeholder requirements and interfaces.
  • Report on any risks, opportunities and any mitigation to maintain the project completion date, pre-set budget, quality standards.Follow up Imports on RS.
  • Maintain project schedule updated by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and participating in problem resolution if any.
  • Conduct research and present proposals to supervisor concerning new technologies that can be used in project planning and that fit well with the company’s line of work.
  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information (RFQ, BOM, POs, Shipping, Tracking, items receipt)
  • Maintain project database by entering and backing up data into Odoo.-Update accounting records (invoices, expenses, etc.) on Odoo.

Qualifications
  • Education - Business management, Project management, or any equivalent university certification
  • Experience -2 years at least in any management position.

Required Language
  • Fluent in English
  • French is a plus

  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:30 (including 1-hour break)
  • Modern office in Samgori with friendly and comfortable working environment.
