Duties:
- Oversee and manage the store's sales operations to enhance sales performance.
- Summarize and consolidate sales processes, techniques, and product knowledge.
- Adjust and refine sales methods, products, and sales scenarios according to customer needs to ensure the sales.
Requirements:
- Highly proactive and motivated individual.
- Must have retail/B2B experience/resource.
- Understanding the importance and urgency of business matters and driving execution.
- Proficiency in both English (Russian) and Georgian languages is essential.
