JSC "Mina", the only glass packaging manufacturer in Georgia, has become part of Sisecam since 1998.

JSC "Mina" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Executive Assistant.
Place of work: Ksani (35 km from Tbilisi). Transport service is provided by the company
Working schedule: 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
Break: 12:00-13:00 (Meals provided by the company)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Transfer internal and external phone calls to the General Manager.
  • Ensure incoming documents are sent to relevant managers and then to the relevant chief offices.
  • Write internal and external correspondence for the General Manager and Department Managers, and manage all correspondence, including incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Make flight tickets and hotel reservations for the General Manager.
  • Perform other job-related duties assigned by the General Manager and reporting.
  • Make necessary archives related to the work.
  • Check that meeting rooms are tidy and orderly, prepare the meeting rooms, and ensure organization during the meeting process.
  • Welcome incoming guests and visitors (provide coffee, tea, sneaks).
  • Provide occupational health and safety protective materials for Senior Managers (General Manager, President, Vice President, etc.) who visit the factory.
  • Deal with documents prepared within the scope of all management systems implemented in the plant or new systems to be implemented in the future and ensure implementation and enforcement within the scope of responsibility.
  • Organize, prepare, and publish weekly and monthly meetings and training for all managers. Create a monthly customer visit calendar and notify managers.
  • Receive documents delivered to the company's directorates by cargo and ensure necessary procedures are carried out.
  • Present documents received from the general directorate via fax or e-mail to the relevant manager and ensure their distribution to relevant services.
  • Ensure correspondence sent outside the company is sent via post or fax.
  • Show due diligence regarding customer satisfaction during duties.
  • Perform other duties assigned by superiors.

Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in the field of law;
  • 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in international company;
  • Advanced level of knowledge MS office programs: Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Advance level of English, desirable – Turkish;
  • Good communication skills and attention to details.
