HR Recruitment Agency is seeking to recruit a suitable individual for the position of Customer Service Specialist
The hired person will be assigned to Glovoapp Georgia LLC.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist users (customers, couriers, and partners) via Chat,
Email, and Call channels, ensuring clear and helpful communication
- Provide accurate information and strive to deliver
exceptional user experiences.
- Take ownership of user
cases to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
Education & Professional Experience
- Higher education is a
plus
- Trainings in customer service is preferable
- Experience with databases is
advantageous.
Other Requirements
- Fluency in Armenian, English at B1 level, good knowledge of Georgian;
- Empathetic and
Customer-Focused: You are passionate about customer service and derive
satisfaction from helping others.
- Technical Skills: Proficient
PC skills are essential.
- Attributes: Strong
problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and a sense of responsibility
- Adaptability: Ability to work
with tech products and understand Glovo’s value proposition.
- Resilience: Capable of
handling difficult situations and maintaining focus in a stressful environment.
- Multitasking: Ability to
manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Flexibility: Glovo operates during the night hours too, after
12PM, so candidates should have a
willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and occasional night
shifts, as well as split shifts.
