Structural Department/Unit: Customer Service Unit

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, emails, or chat
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide up-to-date product and service information to customers
  • Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
  • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Continuously improve the knowledge of products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, such as call volume, resolution time, customer satisfaction
  • Adapt to new technologies and processes as they are implemented
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide prompt feedback to management on customer issues, concerns, and trends.
  • Engage with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting relationships
  • Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries
  • Maintain daily recordings and documentation of issues and resolutions in a database

Working Conditions:
  • Please note, this is neither part time nor summer job, this is a FULL time office based job.
  • 5 days a week, 2 night shift is a must and 1 day on the weekend, meaning: you will have 2 days off, 1 during the week and 1 during the weekend;
  • Evening shifts from 16:00 to 00:00 and night shifts from 00:00-08:00

requirements:
  • High level of English knowledge is a must;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Understanding;
  • Good knowledge of computers (Windows, MS Office, Internet and E-mail) ;
  • Experience in working with relevant service. (Preferably not mandatory).

Salary: 3 USD an hour for 174 hours.
